
Kazakh National Medical University (often referred to as Kazakh State Medical University), located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is one of the oldest and most prestigious medical universities in Central Asia. It was established in 1930 and named after S.D. Asfendiyarov. The university is recognized by the WHO, NMC (India), FAIMER, and is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools.
