Kyrgyz Russian Slavic University (KRSU), located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, was established in 1992 and officially began operations in 1993 as a Kyrgyz-Russian partnership. It is named in honor of Boris Yeltsin and operates through a public–private cooperation model.
