
Saratov State Medical University named after V.I. Razumovsky is one of Russia’s oldest and most respected medical institutions, established in the year 1909. Founded by the eminent surgeon Professor Vassily Razumovsky, it was initially the medical faculty of Imperial Saratov University before evolving into a full-fledged medical university. - The applicant must be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
- Must have passed 10+2 / Higher Secondary / equivalent with the following subjects:
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects.
- At least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) combined.
- For students belonging to reserved categories (India), 40–45% may be acceptable as per Indian norms.
- Must have a valid NEET score (as per the Medical Council of India guidelines) for the year of application. This is mandatory to obtain the Eligibility Certificate for studying MBBS abroad.
- Some students may be required to pass a university-conducted entrance test in subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Russian language (if applying for the Russian-taught program).
