
West Kazakhstan State Medical University (also known as Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan State Medical University), located in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, was established in 1957. It is a public university offering medical education in compliance with international standards. The university offers a 6-year MBBS program (5 years theory + 1 year internship) and is recognized by WHO, NMC (India), and FAIMER.
It currently hosts over 4,000 students, including a large population of Indian and South Asian students. The curriculum is delivered in English, and the university provides ample clinical exposure, modern simulation labs, and teaching hospitals affiliated directly with the institution.

- Completed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
- Minimum 50% marks in PCB for general category (40% for reserved categories)
- NEET qualification is mandatory for Indian students
