New Vision University (NVU) is a private research institution in Tbilisi, Georgia, founded in 2013. It has quickly developed a strong reputation, especially in the medical field, through its English-language MBBS (MD) program. It is the only medical school in Georgia that operates its own teaching hospital, providing students with hands-on clinical experience from early stages.
The MD program is six years long, taught entirely in English, and follows a problem-based learning approach. For clinical training, NVU uses its hospital and simulations to ensure students are prepared for practice. Internationally, NVU is accredited and recognized by WHO, NMC (India), ECFMG, FAIMER, WFME, and the Irish Medical and Dental Councils, qualifying its graduates for exams such as USMLE, PLAB, FMGE/NExT.
